Pittsburgh Training & Fitness has a new location at

230 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238

We are so excited to show our existing and new members all the hard work that has gone into the newly upgraded facility. This new space includes 7,000 sq ft. of segregated cardio and weight areas, brand-new state-of-the-art equipment, and much more.


In addition, we are working through the transition to a new gym management software platform, WellyX, that will provide a better and more integrated user experience for our members. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments. We cannot wait to help you achieve your fitness goals in 2024 and beyond.

All new members and potential new members must make an appointment to look at the gym and use the gym on their first visit, free of charge. No exceptions.  Thank you!

So happy to be a member at Pittsburgh Training & Fitness! The gym is so clean and the members are nice and give you a sense of community. There are machines for anything you would like to do and the gym area is very large. They provide plenty of sanitizing towels and members do a great job at respecting the area and each other by wiping down machines before and after use. - Marisa S.
