My name is Mark Weiland, the new owner of Pittsburgh Training & Fitness (formerly Evolutionary Fitness). I have also partnered with Chris Walters of Pittsburgh Personal Training. We look forward to working with you on your fitness goals moving forward. Chris has over 20 years experience as a personal trainer and healthy lifestyle coach and is RTS 1&2 Certified. He builds goal-oriented and structured training platforms for individualized needs also working with clients on nutritional and functional fitness guidance. Chris' personal motto is "Be Better Than You Were Yesterday"

Personal Trainer - Morgan Shade

Morgan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist passionate about helping people discover their true strength. She specializes in female strength training, youth athlete development, and corrective exercise for knee and shoulder injuries. Drawing from her experience in functional fitness, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, she designs programs that are challenging but always adaptable to individual needs. Her coaching style focuses on building strength, resilience, and confidence through structured, effective training methods. Morgan is dedicated to helping each person move better, get stronger, and achieve lasting results.
