Pittsburgh Training & Fitness has partnered with HOME412 on a new class program

Ready to get back into the gym but overwhelmed by cardio and weight equipment?


Wanting to get into the best shape of your life, but have no idea where to start?


HOME412 is where you can get your heart pumping and utilize speed/agility exercises with strength training for any skill level. Whether this is the first time you’re stepping into the gym or you’re a regular, we’ve got a spot for you!


Classes will incorporate multiple rounds of exercise, grouped in sets based on time, conditioning, and workout type. Examples include calisthenics, resistance bands or body weight, medicine balls, etc. to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time - perfect for anyone who wants a great workout on a time crunch!


This training as a group is encouraging and motivating. Bring a friend or come by yourself, but you’ll never feel alone on your journey at HOME412! Our trainers will uplift you not only as you’re walking into the classroom, but also throughout your circuits, and as you’re heading out. Our trainers can also help with nutrition, online coaching, and more!

The Silver Sneakers classes will utilize a group fitness program that helps Seniors get active and moving. These classes will be interactive and promote functional fitness through strength, low impact aerobic, and other training modalities. Classes will include handheld weights, resistance bands, chair for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.



Yoga classes will use fundamental principles of posture, gentle movement sequences, breath work, silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body. Class members will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on member understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.



High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes incorporate several rounds alternating between minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.


This is an aerobic dance and fitness class designed to provide individuals an opportunity to improve cardiovascular fitness. This class will incorporate various styles of hip-hop music and step to increase your heart rate.
